Benefits of Mantra Meditation

Mantra meditation is an important aspect of bhakti yoga. At Bhakti Lounge we offer two nights (Sunday and Wednesday) where you can experience a type of mantra meditation known as kirtan. It's a fusion of mantra – specific words or sounds embedded with the potency to free the mind, as well as live music, in a collective call and response style.

Naturally our mind has so many thoughts, so many desires and as soon as we think of something we often think 'I've gotta have it'.
