Timetable changes for Feb 2018

With an increase in meditation and mental health awareness, we want to focus our energies on our meditation classes which will be beginning at 5.45pm. Our 6pm yoga class will be shifted to 6.15pm and there will no longer be a 5pm yoga class. The current 6pm workshops and kirtan will also be shifted to 6.15pm. Of course, dinner will remain the same time and just as tasty! Please see our updated timetable above for the full schedule.
