Our Classes Heading

Vinyasa Flow

A form of yoga for practitioners of all levels. You’ll start off slow with held poses and gradually build up to an energetic pace for the ultimate combination of flexibility, strength and cardio. Sequences of sun salutations are the foundation of this practice to work your entire body. Expect a refreshed mindset and new sense of clarity from conscious movement.

Vinyasa Flow

Active Deep Stretch

A style of yoga developed by Muni; a well known teacher within the Wellington region. This style incorporates vinyasa flow to build heat and longer periods of deep stretching. Active Deep Stretch particularly releases tension and includes a complete range of movement to reset the body.

This class offers a gentle introduction to the essentials of yoga. You’ll learn the basics of alignment, conscious breathing, mindful movement, and deep relaxation, while also exploring simple mantra and mudra practices that connect body, mind, and spirit. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to refine their foundation before moving into more advanced classes.

Foundations Class

Gentle Yoga & Sound Healing

This class gently restores the body after a day of work or study, helping you regain mobility, release tension, and return your awareness to the present moment. The practice invites a sense of peace and tranquillity through mindful movement and breath. Each session concludes with a live sound journey featuring Tibetan singing bowls, gong, flutes, harmonium, chimes, and other unique instruments—offering a different experience every week.
