Christina will take you on a visual journey of stargazing, allowing you to explore feelings of interconnectedness and wholeness as you relax deeply into a meditative state.

Gua Sha is a natural, alternative Taoist wellness therapy that uses a smooth-edged tool to massage the skin, stimulating microcirculation and boosting blood flow. This relaxing and restorative technique helps release tension and encourages healing by unlocking stagnation.  However, it’s more than just a massage! You’ll learn how different areas of your face correspond to organs in your body, helping you support deeper healing and overall wellness.

Qigong, or more specifically The Eight Silk Brocades (Ba Duan Jin), is an ancient Chinese practice that combines breathwork, meditation, and gentle body stretches to focus on regulating energy and blood flow.

This isn't about passive healing—it's about becoming an active participant in your wellness journey. Each fluid motion is a deliberate conversation with your body's energy systems, teaching you to listen, respond, and ultimately, heal. According to Qigong, disease arises from blockages of energy flow, and treatment should promote blood and chi circulation.
