Truly beyond your ordinary netflix night at home. We’ll be screening an episode of “Live to 100: Secrets of the Blue Zones” and wrapping up with some discussion in good company and good food, celebrating the power of community and holistic living.

The documentary "Live to 100: Secrets of the Blue Zones" explores the lifestyles and habits of the world’s longest-living communities, uncovering the key factors that contribute to their exceptional health and longevity. By visiting these unique regions, it reveals how strong social connections, plant-based diets, regular movement, and a sense of purpose are essential to living a longer, healthier life.

 

The documentary screening is FREE entry - and for those that would like to stay back for dinner there is just a small additional cost for a wholesome plant-based meal.

Step into a space where movement becomes a language for connection, communication, and self-expression.

This workshop invites all levels and backgrounds! No prior dance experience is needed—just a willingness to experience dance in a new & fresh way. The class aims to cultivate relaxation, connection, and integrity between the body and mind. It emphasizes the interconnection of the group through engaging and joyful exercises. The warm-up involves scanning the body to identify and release tensions through breathing techniques, body awareness, and joint rotations. This is followed by standing or floor sequences focused on exploring the spirals within our bodies. The movements evolve into pathways that flow into and out of the floor, emphasizing efficiency, connection and ease. Overall, it’s a dynamic and joyful session that promotes agility and connection.
