This session honors the balance of Yin and Yang energies—quiet and active, receptive and expressive. Through somatic breathwork and complementary energy practices, we’ll explore the dynamic interplay of these energies within us. Leave feeling both grounded and revitalized, embodying a harmonious state of flow and equilibrium.

What to Bring:

Your journal to document personal reflections and moments of clarity.
A comfort blanket, meditation cushion, or any item that supports your sense of calm and ease.
Anything that helps you feel at home in your practice—this is your space to honor yourself.
This workshop is not suitable for those with the following, however you are always still welcome to attend the dinner at Bhakti Lounge!

Open your heart and step into an evening of sound, breath, and soulful connection as the sound healer and professional harpist Jessica Browning guides you through a transformative journey of meditation, music, and creative reflection. This heart-centered experience blends the healing vibrations of the harp, breathwork, group toning, and journaling/drawing; creating a space for deep relaxation, self-discovery, and renewal.

The journey begins with gentle breathwork and embodiment techniques, including group toning, to open the voice and awaken the body's natural resonance. As the celestial tones of Jessica’s harp fill the space, you’ll be invited to quiet the mind, connect with your heart’s wisdom, and embrace the present moment.

Following the meditation, we will take time for creative reflection—a chance to write or draw the dreams you hold in your heart. During this time, Jessica will continue to play her harp and sing, weaving an atmosphere of inspiration and deep presence as you bring your visions to life through words and art.

To close the evening, we will share a grounding exercise to bring awareness back into the body and integrate the experience.
